SERVICE AND RATES
- Specific service rates will be determined by the type of menu and the number of staff needed.
- Overtime, at $25 per staff member per hour, will be charged after seven hours.
FOOD SERVICE
- Wait Staff and Bartenders are $150 per staff member.
- Staffing numbers are determined by the menu.
- Sous Chefs are $160 per chef.
- Additional staffing needs may vary depending on complexity of menu.
ALCOHOL SERVICE
- Clients are responsible for providing alcohol, mixers and ice.
- Bartending service will be charged at $150 per bartender.
- Culinary Creations will be happy to make recommendations.
RENTAL SERVICE
- Culinary Creations will help with your equipment rental if needed. This includes ordering, securing and returning rented items.
- Rental needs will be determined based on the event location.
