SERVICE AND RATES

  • Specific service rates will be determined by the type of menu and the number of staff needed.

  • Overtime, at $25 per staff member per hour, will be charged after seven hours.
FOOD SERVICE

  • Wait Staff and Bartenders are $150 per staff member.

  • Staffing numbers are determined by the menu.

  • Sous Chefs are $160 per chef.

  • Additional staffing needs may vary depending on complexity of menu.
ALCOHOL SERVICE

  • Clients are responsible for providing alcohol, mixers and ice.

  • Bartending service will be charged at $150 per bartender.

  • Culinary Creations will be happy to make recommendations.
RENTAL SERVICE

  • Culinary Creations will help with your equipment rental if needed. This includes ordering, securing and returning rented items.

  • Rental needs will be determined based on the event location.
