• Specific service rates will be determined by the type of menu and thus the number of staff needed.
  • Please note that Culinary Creation menus start at $40 per person. This will include 3 to 4 hors D'oeuvres and 6 to 7 different items on the menu. This price will also include any chaffing dishes, platters and serving utensils needed for a buffet.
  • The notes here are to be used as a guideline and are considered a good estimate for a seven-hour event. This allows two hours for set up, four hours for the event and one hour for cleanup.
  • Overtime, at $25 per staff member per hour, will be charged after seven hours.
  • Wait Staff and Bartenders are $150 per staff member.
  • Staffing numbers are determined by the menu.
  • Sous Chefs are $160 per chef.
  • Plan on one server per 20 guests for buffet and stations or 1 server per 10 guests for a sit down dinner.
  • Additional staffing needs may vary depending on complexity of menu.
  • Clients are responsible for providing alcohol, mixers and ice.
  • Bartender(s) and bar set up will be provided by Culinary Creations (we recommend Light House Beer and Wine for bar supply needs).
  • Bartending service will be charged at $150 per bartender. Estimate one
    bartender per 80 people.
  • Culinary Creations will be happy to make recommendations.
  • Culinary Creations will help with your equipment rental needs. This includes ordering, securing and returning rented items.
  • A 15% handling fee will be charged just on plates, silverware, glassware and napkins.
  • Rental needs will be determined based on the event location.
  • Tastings are available at a cost of $25 per person.
