Culinary Creations not only caters events, we offer private chef services and cooking classes. Our staff wants to make your event or private engagement a pleasure from start to finish. We will work with you to customize the perfect menu to bring five-star dining into the setting of your choice.

Culinary Creations knows what it takes to keep the integrity of fresh products. We bring our oven and stove to each event to make sure your food is finished at the event site NOT hours before.


From The Chef

My love for cooking began when I was young, watching my mother cook. She let me help her in the kitchen, experimenting with everything from soups to preparing the entire family meal. So it was no surprise when I chose to become a chef.

My wife, Stefanie, and I have enjoyed careers that have given us the opportunity to travel to many different regions of the country. Our travels opened many doors, broadening my opportunities to learn from other great chefs as well as share with others the art of cooking. I look forward to the chance to take you and your guests on a culinary journey.

Highlights of my education and experience include:

  • Culinary Institute of America graduate, Class of 1993
  • Studied under the prestigious James Beard Award winning Chef George Mahaffey at The Little Nell restaurant in Aspen Colorado
  • Worked at the award winning five-star restaurant Pinions in Aspen Colorado
  • Worked as Chef in some of Wilmington’s finest dining establishments
