Service Rates

Culinary Creations would like to help you in this hard economy by helping you make a custom menu to fit your event and your budget.

Specific service rates will be determined by the type of event menu is served and thus the number of staff needed.

The notes here are to be used as a guideline and are considered a good estimate for a six-hour event. This allows two hours for set up, three hours for the event and one hour for cleanup. Overtime, at $25 per staff member per hour, will be charged after six hours.

Kitchen staffing is charged at $160 per staff person. Staffing numbers are determined by the menu. Food service is charged at $140 per server. Plan on one server per 25 people, or 1 server per 10 people for a plated meal, depending on the menu.

Clients are responsible for provideing alcohol, mixers and ice. Bartender(s) and bar set up will be provided by Culinary Creations (we recommend Light House Beer and Wine for bar supply needs). Bartending service will be charged at $140 per bartender. Estimate one bartender per 80 people. Culinary Creations will be happy to make a recommendation.

Culinary Creations will handle all rental needs. This includes ordering, securing and returning rented items. A 20% handling fee will be charged plus any replacement costs due to damage or breakage. Rental needs will be determined based on the event location.

Tastings are available at a cost of $25 per person. This charge will be refunded if services are rendered. Contact Culinary Creations to set a date, time and number of people to attend tasting.
