SERVICE AND RATES
- Specific service rates will be determined by the type of menu and thus the number of staff needed.
- Please note that Culinary Creation menus start at $35 per person. This will include 3 to 4 hors D'oeuvres and 6 to 7 different items on the menu. This price will also include any chaffing dishes, platters and serving utensils needed for a buffet.
- The notes here are to be used as a guideline and are considered a good estimate for a seven-hour event. This allows two hours for set up, four hours for the event and one hour for cleanup.
- Overtime, at $25 per staff member per hour, will be charged after seven hours.
FOOD SERVICE
- Wait Staff and Bartenders are $150 per staff member.
- Staffing numbers are determined by the menu.
- Sous Chefs are $160 per chef.
- Plan on one server per 20 guests for buffet and stations or 1 server per 10 guests for a sit down dinner.
- Additional staffing needs may vary depending on complexity of menu.
ALCOHOL SERVICE
- Clients are responsible for providing alcohol, mixers and ice.
- Bartender(s) and bar set up will be provided by Culinary Creations (we recommend Light House Beer and Wine for bar supply needs).
- Bartending service will be charged at $150 per bartender. Estimate one
bartender per 80 people. - Culinary Creations will be happy to make recommendations.
RENTAL SERVICE
- Culinary Creations will help with your equipment rental needs. This includes ordering, securing and returning rented items.
- A 15% handling fee will be charged just on plates, silverware, glassware and napkins.
- Rental needs will be determined based on the event location.
FOOD SAMPLINGS
- Tastings are available at a cost of $25 per person.
